10 Minute Workout

When you hear ’10 minute workouts’, you probably don’t think about a full, complete workout that will have you looking great and in shape. And when you hear total body workouts, you probably imagine a few grueling hours at the gym. Who has time for that? Well, you do. The honest truth is that you can have both, and they’re one and the same!
You deserve to have a healthy, sexy body, and you deserve to have it on your time. You don’t have to spend hours every day working out or workout ’til you die to look and feel great. Here we’re going to talk about some of the best ten minute workouts you can do every day to get in shape!

1 – Beginner Level Workout

Beginner-friendly and easy, you should have no trouble at all jumping right into this workout. For this, you’ll be doing 5 push-ups, 10 squats, 16 plank taps, and 20 jumping jacks. Take a 45-second rest, and repeat! Do these sets (in that order) as many times as possible in ten minutes.

2 – Energizing Bodyweight Workout

With this workout, your body will work both for and against you for a deeper workout. Squat for 30 seconds, do knee push-ups for 30 seconds, do v-ups for 30 seconds, do mountain climbers for 30 seconds, then rest for 30 seconds. It’s recommended that you do this a total of 4 times.

3 – Good Morning Workout

This set is perfect if you want to get up and get your workout out of the way. Do 1 minute of dynamic stretching, 1 minute of push-ups, a 1-minute plank hold, and 1 minute of squats. Repeat three times and you’re good to move on to an energizing shower and some breakfast!

4 – No Sweat Workout

Perfect for those days where you’re just too busy to take a shower straight away, we have the no sweat workout. Simply do 2 minutes of bodyweight squats, 2 minutes of push-ups, 2 minutes of planks with t rotations (alternate sides after 1 minute), 2 minutes of alternating standing oblique crunches. Be sure to rest for 30 seconds in between each 2-minute set!

5 – Super Focused Workout

With this workout, you don’t have to worry about memorizing a bunch of moves; there are only 2 exercises. Simply do 30 seconds of push ups, rest for 30 seconds, then do 30 seconds of squat jumps. Do this until you hit the 10-minute mark. It’s super easy to remember and you will definitely feel and see the results in no time!

The world is busy. You already have so much to balance – work, school, friends, family, ‘me time’ – so it can be really hard to take care of yourself with things like a healthy balanced diet and a good full body workout. Thankfully, you’ve now discovered the miracle known as 10 minute workouts. Now you can brag about those full body workouts you manage to do every day (you don’t have to mention that it’s just a small 10 minute part of your day!)
